Thompson Health Care is proud to announce the appointment of our new Chief Executive Officer, Deborah Jennings, who returns to lead the family business that her grandparents started with a single nursing home in Terrey Hills and her father built and expanded with vision and dedication.
As CEO of Thompson Health Care, Deborah brings a lifelong passion for providing a higher quality of aged care. She is committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of residents and their families. Having grown up within the industry, she has seen firsthand the benefit of compassionate care, exceptional services, and a warm, homelike environment can have on our elderly people. This insight continues to inspire and guide her leadership every day.
“Like my father, I believe that our residents don’t live in our facilities, we work in their home. My mission is to ensure that every resident and staff member feels a genuine sense of belonging. I strive to empower my team to deliver the highest standard of care and services to our residents. As a third-generation leader for Thompson Health Care, I will carry on my family values to support, respect, trust, and care for older Australians living in our homes”.
