Now that the events surrounding Dad’s passing are largely behind us, it is a time for reflection on his life – the times that we shared and those people who were important in his life.
As we do so, we are aware of the importance of the team at Turramurra House who cared for him so well and with such kindness for 3½ years that he lived with you. Dad was treated with great courtesy always by name, truly living up to your motto that “Residents do not live in our facility, we work in their homes”.
There are too many over the time to be able to thank them individually and I would ask that you would thank them all on my behalf.
Particularly I would like to thank those who looked after both Dad and the Family in his final few days and nights.
