This boutique style aged care home is situated on the Northern Beaches in New South Wales, Mona Vale.

Residents enjoy the spacious, high standard accommodation which includes single suites, each with its own private ensuite, and large windows allowing natural light. Each suite features state of the art beds, flat screen TVs with Foxtel, Wi-Fi and air-conditioning.

Quality furnishings and fittings ensure residents of Darley House enjoy a relaxed, comfortable home.

Our intimate lounge, dining room, and outdoor spaces provide many areas to entertain family and friends.

Meals are prepared by our in-house professional chef, using fresh seasonal produce, and served in one of our many dining areas or as room service.

Newsletter

In line with the seasons – SPRING, SUMMER, AUTUMN & WINTER, our team publishes four newsletters each year from each one of our homes. The newsletter is available for residents and their families to let you know what has been happening. As well as a great communication tool, we will share photos from recent events and general news. You can find your copy here to download, via email or in print from your home.

Activities Calendar

Each month our Activities Team skilfully prepare an itinerary of diverse and interesting options including outings, physical, artistic, musical and general events to enrich and invigorate our community. To plan a visit or see what’s happening make sure you get your calendar, unique to your home. The calendar is available in print form or download it here on the website at the start of each month.

Important Notes

Darley House Fee and Bond Schedule Information All residents pay a daily fee including the basic fee and extra service fee.

Permanent residents also pay a deposit, paid either as a Refundable Accommodation Deposit (RAD) or an additional Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP) or a combination of both RAD and DAP.

Any outstanding bond amount will accrue interest at the Maximum Permissible Interest Rate (MPIR) applicable at the time of permanent admission.

Any amount paid as a RAD is government guaranteed and is refunded to the resident as per the Permanent Agreement

We were was especially grateful for the additional medical care given to her in the last 2-3 months of her life as her health rapidly declined, we appreciate all that was done to make our mother's final weeks dignified, peaceful and pain free especially in her last days. From the RN's, nurses, personal care givers, to the cleaning staff and support staff, it was such a professional, but still very friendly place.
