    About the Role

    Thompson Health Care is seeking an experienced Catering Attendant for a permanent part time position with morning shifts on Monday and Tuesday and afternoon shifts on Wednesday- Friday. The ideal candidate will also be keen to work upskill themselves to work in the other hospitality teams.

    The successful candidate will work closely with the catering team to assist in the preparation and delivery of quality meals to our residents. We are looking for a bright candidate who is committed to quality, safety and providing excellent customer service to all of our residents.


  • Assist in the preparation of food
  • Serving of meals: depending on shift times this may include a combination of breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and supper
  • Setting up for the next meal service & general kitchen cleaning and maintenance/li>
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Skills & Experience:

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work well with staff
  • Commitment to providing quality services to residents
  • Commitment to providing quality services to residents
  • Minimum 2 years catering/ kitchen hand experience
  • Food safety experience in a healthcare setting, desirable
