The reason our residences immediately “feel like home” is because Thompson Health Care is a family company, not a corporation.

Behind the doors of all the Thompson Health Care homes are our directors, carers and support staff whom you may see on a regular basis. In addition to these staff, we have an expert team who make up our Head Office and play an intrinsic role in the continued success our company. We are very proud to introduce them below.

Our Mission Statement:

The Directors, Management and Staff of Thompson Health Care believe that all residents living in their residential aged care facilities are entitled to enjoy the highest standard of care and service provided by a team of competent and concerned professional staff in a safe, happy and comfortable environment.
All residents are encouraged to participate in decision making and to continue to develop their individual personalities and to fulfill their individual aspirations. All residents should be able to regard the facility in which they live as their home, where they can welcome relatives and friends.
